Re: Hangers removed at Woodstock

Lame!!The person who removed them probably never does and never will climb there. Why people care is beyond me. Its up to the developer if bolts should go in or not! They are the ones paying for them and putting in their own time and effort!! Those opposed should quietly stomp their feet and throw a...

Re: A Guide to Sandbagging Newbies and Sportclimbers

LOL Jesse James I’m an ACMG Guide! WOOHOO! by JESSE JAMES …. I always wanted to be a guide. Oh, the glory. The pride. The fame (well, maybe not). But as you might guess from my experiences teaching newbie friends, I wasn’t quite ready for my ACMG guide exam. I wasn’t even ready for the pre-test. May...

I hope to never meet this guy. He annoys me just by his writing. I couldn't imagine how painful it would be in person.

Re: what's the climbing like in nelson, BC?

Climbed out there last summer. Castlgar was way better than I thought and seemed to be lots of development. Nelson was minimal. Hallsiding area in Nelson was good but not a ton of stuff as well there is Kootenay crag, again was good just a bit of a long approach much shorter with a bike. I think if ...

Re: new area at Murrin past Quercus

I agree with natsdad. I climbed there a week or so ago and it was quite nice the work put into the new loop trail was great and an obvious huge effort, Thanks Brian and crew! As well as the crag itself a lot of effort was obviously put into it. The base being cleared and set up like it is with a tot...

Hat Creek/Oregon Jack

Was up in the Hat Creek Oregon Jack area fabout 4 years back and noticed some very nice boulders being scrubbed as well as a super sweet Limestone wall that a had maybe one bolted line on it with much much more potential. Im searching for info on that wall and if it has been developed more. I have b...
