FOUND: Climbing shoe

Found a single shoe on the highway (heading south). Let me know if you're missing a shoe.

Cutting Edge

I heard that a pretty critical hold on the Cutting Edge is no longer. Anyone know what happened? Sounds like it going to up the grade some.

You definatley need high clearance at Chuck chuck, but not 4x4. Last time I was there someone ripped a hole in their oil pan. Not good. Most climbers head to the Brew Pub. It's the nicer, newer climbers pub. The Cliffside in Valleycliffe is often overlooked though; the food is better and the beer is...

A bike and gear found

The owner of Trinity Romance shop on 2nd Ave found a bike and some climbing gear outside his shop last night. If its yours, pop in there and describe it to get it back.

It's an amazing guide. Marc did a great job! Tons of new problems, full color, and finally some topos for Paradise Valley! Now if only the weather would co-operate! Move to Squamish, you will be amazed how much more you get to climb instead of being in Vancouver and thinking that the weather isnt c...

The weather, sadly, did not hold. It was raining this morning and the roads we're fully soaked. Looks good for later today though. Hopefully it dries quickly.

It just stop raining... again. It's been off and on all day. It came down pretty hard last night too. Huge heavy clouds hanging over Valleycliffe right now. Not looking good for this weekend.

There are always plenty of jobs in Squamish. There were a lot of roofers looking for help last year. I'd check the Chief paper. Here is a link http://www.squamishchief.com/section/squamish but the actual paper has more jobs in it then is listed here.
Good luck!

If there is more than 2 parties here, just keep going! The more clean lines, the more choices we have as climbers. WTF is with all the flack on cleaning?? OP should be getting props for all the sh*t work he's doing. Instead he's just getting more sh*t! I don't get it.

just be at piece with the fact that a sizable portion of the climbing community is going to really pissed off at them. Aaron. I bet most of the climbing community wouldn't really care all that much. I bet most would be in favor of it if they believed the expanding tree roots would shear the pillar ...

Keep it up JF

Why is the SAS using a public message board to chastise someone. I'm assuming by the formal signature that Mr Smith IS speaking on behalf of the SAS (co-director and all!!). And to be labeled as "the biggest threat" to Squamish access ... that's pretty bad a$% Jer. Keep up the good work. You're rout...
