New route on the badge?
I heard there is a new free line or a freed and line that just went down? Does it have something to do with the rope hanging off the roof?

Mt Arapiles is the BEST crag in the world to hang out at, full stop. Doesn't matter if your are by yourself at all, just throw your stuff down in the Pines and you will begin your adventure. There are thousands of routes there, all trad. The rock is superb and the weather fantastic almost all year r...

I rescued three stuck ropes up a pain in the arse gully with rocks flying all over me, lugged em a long way, stored them for a month and got nothing on return.

I simul a lot. I do it with partners I trust, and only if we both have gri gris. I never ever tie knots in the ends.

You didn't keep climbing because you only had one rope?

Fair enough. The cracks were fine, just the roof bit near the arrow. Friggin spanked me, and I used the good right footer I thought, oh well.

I've rope soloed mm with a silent partner in the rain, it's fine, just have some hooks handy for the second pitch.

Pretty sure I climbed Rainy Day Woman while her and her partner did Bullethead East. They are from Seattle, so probaly won't look here...

Farkin Aussies.... Oli and Dan are bros from wayback...Krisha, Alon and Gabe are totally rad too, go say hello to them behind the rock fall at the Squaw car park. I thought that was you Relic! Funny story....so Alon has been camping at the rockfall for months and put his site up on couchsurfing.com....

Yo Luke, does your guide say the 1st real pitch of TYA is C3? Maddaloni has it as A1+, I tend to agree with yours...
