Re: Rack advice please
Most routes in the area tend to take a variety of gear so when climbing below or at your limit a single rack from tips to big fist supplenmented with a healthy selection of wires and half a dozen runners will usually suffice. When pushing into a new grade a double rack will often soften the catch an...

Nice work opening a new area.
That crack in the second picture looks amazing! Has it been red pointed yet?
Has anyone else been out in this area? There seems to be tons of potential.

Re: Teetering on the Brink of Madness
T-bone: in my opinion teetering is one step down from Dancing in the light both in terms of technical difficulties and runouts.
If I recall correctly DitL has a significant run out on one of the lower pitches then is relatively well protected after that.
Teetering is well protected throughout.

Lost hat, lost sunglasses, found draw, fixed line removed fr
Lost: My ball cap blew off my head the other afternoon while climbing the apron, it's a grey ball cap with letters FCCL on the front and jearu on the back. Lost: sunglasses while climbing tantalus wall, black, polarized, likely scratched all to hell. Found: quick draw and Prussic at the base of the ...

Message me if you're stoked on getting in on some walls.
Mostly free with some aid or vice-versa.

Re: Mank Patrol
New nylon webbing and a quick link have been added to the slung horn anchor at the top of The Right Side of the Yosemite Pinnacle . There are several generation of slung tat up there of varying quality that should be cut off but I didn't have any cutters with me. Also on the T-wall rappel route the ...

Re: Squamish's stiffest routes...
Thread resurrection.. Wankulator Feels pretty stiff but it's mainly just off the ground that is heady. Genesis feels extremely stout for the grade, given the sporty crux moves above thin wires and a ledge fall potential. I don't know what it is about Apron Strings but it feels quite stiff everytime....
