Thanks everyone, I've started working with Cameron. I'll see how that goes for a few weeks. So far, he seems like he knows what he is doing.

Gelatin Man,

Hey Knox, how's it going? What's new at CH? I'm hoping to get back next month; provided Cameron does a good job.

Thanks for the suggestions. Cameron isn't too far from my office; I'm going to give him a call. I'll let you know how I make out.

Physical Therapist Recommendations

Can anyone recommend a good physical therapist between Vancouver and Poco? I injured my rotator cuff last November and it’s still causing me grief.

Traffic this weekend - Pemberton Festival

How bad is the drive to Squamish really going to be this weekend? I understand the Pemberton Festival is on this weekend causing traffic jams from Pemberton to Horseshoe Bay. I was hoping to head up Sat but don't feel like sitting in traffic for hours. Let me know how you find the drive.

I took my son up Diedre when he was seven. He didn't have any trouble.

I have a 6 year old daughter and 9 year old son. They have both been climbing indoors and out with us since they were born. We started them both on Sugarloaf in Murrin Park and Burgers and Fries in The Smoke Bluffs. We have also found lots of other climbs in these areas and Chek that my kids have be...

Gary, That's a great idea going with the 70m rope. That will still leave you with a 60m rope after you trim it down at the end of your first day. :)

I just picked up the 70m Beal Booster 9.7 from MEC. It looks great on my living room floor. You'll have to wait until spring for my review.

I like Squamish Select better but The Climbers Guide to Squamish is more comprehensive.

I've got nothing......... I forgot my lights. And only a week after Marty had to come down in the dark. Thanks Gary. You saved me from a very slow and long hike (or should I say crawl) down. Hey Danny, thanks for sitting on your a$% at Timmy's waiting for Gary. PS. I'll have poker any time. W...

Here's a couple of others I've come across:

Green Point: Flash a route on TR

Free Point: Red Point on a TR

P.S. Gary, I'm still laughing at your post.

Yellow and Brown Points are the TR equivalent to Red and Pink Points.

Yellow Point: Send on TR without fall, unclipping draws as you go
Brown Point: Send on TR without fall, no unclipping required

Nice gumby picture meingh.

Hey, ctardi.... You look hot, you must be from Maple Ridge! :)

You have a lot of "Experience" (IME) with guys from poco do you? :o

So what you're saying is, you also find guys hot but you just have different tastes than 5.4 Slayer. Just curious... Where do you think the hot guys come from?

"Not that there's anything wrong with that!"
