Well apparently the town got 650k in tourism/race related income according to the events founders, wich has got to be a healthy guestimate.

Gear Jacked in N. Van

Just putting the word out for a buddy who's truck was broken into. A BD pack was taken with a full trad rack inside and misc. climbing gear.

I'll post specifics when I get the inventory list. Its a small world, so keep your eyes open!

Coastalclimber; maybe you should pay closer attantion to your actions when working on quite possibly the highest profile route being developed at Squamish. I've absentmindedly tied a noose before (a few times actually) with the end of a rope. Perhaps it was left behind...
