A different 5.10 finish above Bellygood Ledge: P1. Traverse left on Bellygood 30m from the last pitch of Millenium Falcon (or from where Bellygood ends), and find belay bolts near a fir tree. This pitch features 25m of high-quality face climbing on interesting holds and enough bolts to keep it safe....

Freeway Dry?
Anyone have knowledge on how quickly Freeway dries out? This week seems pretty dry, maybe one day of rain on Friday.
Do you think it'd be mostly dry by Sunday?
Thank you!

Anderson River (Springbok, Le Cornes, Steinbock, Ibex) Info
We did a lot of extra driving on Saturday. Here's some info to prevent others from doing the same. Sorry it's not in Km Drive Hwy1 East from Hope. All distances are given in miles. ~27 miles: Cross huge bridge, about .5 miles past the bridge, take a right on the Nahatlatch FS Road. This is in the vi...

Hotel/motel that is cheap?
I have only ever camped before, but i'm coming up to squamish this friday night with my girlfriend for her last visit in a while. We were hoping to be well rested and do a long route on Saturday. Does anyone know of any hotels/motels in the area that don't charge an arm and a leg? We are dirtbag cli...

By "It's done" do you mean that the "project" pitches are now complete? I don't have the new guidebook that describes this route, but would like to try it out at some point. Is there any kind of fairly concise online decription or topo? I understand that you start above the campground, climb to the ...

Straight Outta Squampton?
Has anyone done this route up on Klooch Buttress area? I have a couple buddies who got on it 2 summers ago when there were fixed ropes and ongoing development above p2 which made them stop there.
If so... any word on pitches 3 and 4? Does it require gear, or just QDs?
Thanks!

We are talking about 2 different climbs here. The one I mention begins to the far left of the Campground Wall, left of Rainy Day Dream Away. (the 5.10 finger crack). It wasn't in either guidebook. After ~25m of gear-protected corners and flakes(~5.9), a quartz dike runs horizontally to the right wit...

Info on New Route at the CG Wall?
Anyone know some info on what looks like a new route at the campground wall? It's on the far left side, a few minutes left of "Rainy Day". Follows flakes and overlaps up a left-trending corner, before stepping right on a quartz dike and following at least two new bolts. We bailed at the first bolt, ...

Found - Rope at the base of Aprin Strings
There was a green coiled up newish looking rope (I think a beal 9.1mm) at the base of Apron Strings all weekend.
Also, there is some free (forgotten) food in the middle-bottom bear locker, closest to campsite 23. GU packets, power bars, cans of soup, etc.

Monday - In search of partner
If it stays dry, I'd like to extend my climbing weekend to Monday. I'm looking for a partner for anything in the 5.10-5.11 range... sport or trad, long routes or short.
I have the gear and am happy leading.

Anyone do this route in the last couple years? The description sounds pretty cool, but I know someone who got on it a couple years back and found it so dirty that he was dynoing from grass clumps to muddy tree roots and came down after one pitch.

Hey Pinner, I live in Bellingham and likely wont be back there for a long time, otherwise I would be happy to bring some hangers and Quicklinks. Sean Dougherty from Skaha.org emailed me and said he'd put them on the to-do list. I think 'Illusory Megacling' was the name. A great climb, but be careful...

Missing anchors in Skaha
I don't think there is a Skaha forum, so I'll post this here and maybe someone will replace them or add hangers... There are still 3 bolts in place, but not bolt hangers, quicklinks, chains, etc and no handy tree nearby. This was on top of a .10d climb at “Elusive Edge”. I can’t recall the name, but...
