I have to say I thought this "crag" looked like garbage the second I saw it. Having taught and coached climbing to kids for a decade I can quite honestly say that there would be no way in hell I would take any kid to such a poor venue.

What would happen to our freedom to develop if somebody was badly hurt or killed due to one of his poor efforts of cleaning and anchoring?

Gross negligence manslaughter can be caused by an act or omission as far as I know so they do have a case possibly. A horrible, sad story no matter the outcome.
