OK.. what to do where to go on a weekend such as this. still fairly warm but obviously raining everywhere within a 10 hour drive.

is there nothing for a climber to do around BC.. at this rate i might have to get my mtb out :(

rapping off hydro towers

rapping directly off a hydro tower.. i.e. no hanger just the rope around on of the "legs" - this is in the bluffs btw.

anyone do it? think it's OK?

the steel pylons have pretty sharpish edges..

i bought two sets of BD stoppers this last weekend - gonna go and try them out this weekend. weighing up buying the a set of four metolius cams, they're much cheaper than the camalots - what do we all think of them?

just phoned - it costs 60 bucks PER PERSON one way and it leaves every two hours between 09h00 and 20h30.

apparently they won't take my car onboard either.. some service pah!
