The employees give without a doubt the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Even ones who are polite and effective when they start out soon learn the fine art of surliness and inefficiency.

I climbed Star Chek a month or so ago and there are big sharp chunks of rock lying around at the top of the route. At least one tree has been knocked down.
